Sorry for the late response. btw welcome to cisco, as is said in my several posts Cisco is a great place to work and am sure u wil come to know within 3 months of your joining.

Coming to your query on Bonus, it depends on various factors such as Company’s performance in global market, your BU’s performance and last but not least your performance. They will calculate considering all those factors and decide on the bonus. Generally most of the people wil get full bonus as Cisco hires only talented/skilled people like u ..

Read your blog….

Thought i ll share my thoughts with you,
the symptoms that you show could be misleading, it could be just a transient phase, in which case, you can always come out of it, whether motivated or not. But what if your lethargic attitude is a guise for something else. Most of us try and hide our insecurities, our failure and mostly our guilt. GUILT also makes us feel disoriented. The disorientation is mainly due to blowing hot and cold at the same time, if u understand what i mean.

But you are introspecting, which is a good sign. Try to look in yourself and you will find the answer for your feelings. But do not be disheartened by what u find. Accept it and move on.

Feelings / emotions do not have LOGIC
